Happy Little Apple –Renovated 4BR/2BA, <1Mi to K-State, Great for Groups

We have stayed in many vacation rental houses, but this one tops them all! Beautifully designed- comforting, calm and clean, and many thoughtful details making you feel right at home. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

I reserved The Happy Little Apple for my adult children and they were blown away by this charming little house! They had 2 babies with them, so I knew a stand-alone house would work better than a hotel or apartment-style rental so as not to disturb others or be disturbed by them. The kids loved the central location and proximity to the places they needed to be, but what they loved most were all the cute and thoughtful touches the owner provided. Its big kitchen and open concept living/dining area made it a perfect place for them to eat together, visit, and reconnect. We were in town for a funeral and the owner’s flexibility and attention to detail were such a comfort during this difficult time. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay in the Little Apple, so many special touches to this well maintained property! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need and so much more! Great communication from check in to check out. We will definitely stay again!

We had the best stay at the Happy Little Apple! It was perfect for our group of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids/teens. The house is absolutely adorable and the thoughtful additions made it even better - we loved all the games, kitchen items, fire pit, and all the little details in the charming decor. The owners thought of everything and were prompt to communicate. We will be back!
